Our Farm Our Plan

Farm families, farm owners, farm managers and share farmers are invited to join us for Dairy Australia's Our Farm Our Plan program in Devonport. You can bring key people in your dairy business together to shape a shared plan for success. This workshop will be facilitated by experienced farm consultant Adam Jenkins and is open to dairy farmers from around the state.

Through the Our Farm, Our Plan process you will:

• Use the Now, Where, How, Review planning cycle for you and your business
• Use Farm Fitness Checklists and Dairy Australias Farm Business Snapshot to review your current position and identify opportunities to enhance your business
• Complete a Quickplan to get everyones thoughts and views down on paper
• Develop an agreed Plan on a page that encompasses the personal and business goals of the key people involved with your business
• Be supported one-to-one with an experienced facilitator over 24 months to implement your plan.

This workshop involves 2 half-day sessions held across 2 days.
