Bostock's Creek Focus Farm October Meeting

Pete & Marnie Kerr purchased their farm in 2022 and have recently purchased an additional block that they were leasing. To get to a position to buy more land the business needed to make taxable profits, show the bank it could make monthly debt reductions, and grow equity. How was this achieved? By understanding their business, stocking rate, production levels, costs, looking to produce milk efficiently, identifying the areas of the business that could improve and looking for efficient solutions.
