Expression of Interest, Manager/2IC Program

Seeking expressions of interest for the upcoming 2IC course to be held in February 2026.

This course aims to improve the skills, knowledge, and confidence of participants to progress and achieve their career goals. This in turn improves on-farm management capacity, enabling more time away from the daily running of the business and increased options for business expansion for farm owners.

Target audience:

Those currently in a manager or 2IC role that would like to further develop or hone their skills

Senior farm hands that are looking to take the next step into a more managerial role

Cost:

Nil. It is a levy funded program.
