The Australasian Dairy Science Symposium (ADSS) is held biennially, and provides researchers, postgraduate students, extension professionals and industry service providers with an opportunity to showcase research, development and extension outcomes from across Australia and New Zealand. It also offers a robust and objective forum to discuss the key issues and emerging opportunities facing the Australasian dairy industry.


ADSS 2026 will be held at the Paranaple Arts Centre, Devonport, from 24-26 November 2026.
