Taking the Next Step: Skills for Career Progression into Management

This workshop is designed for those looking to move forward in their career, whether stepping into a first management role or preparing for leadership opportunities beyond their current position.

Facilitated by Irish consultant Nollaig Heffernan, the session will focus on the skills, capabilities, and mindset needed to successfully transition from a technical or frontline role into management and leadership.
