2IC/MANAGERS DAIRY PROGRAM - KIAMA NSW

The program is designed to help employees, currently in a 2IC/Senior dairy farm roles or aspiring to move into these roles, to understand the requirements of this role within a dairy farm business.

At the end of the program participants will be able to apply effective communication in the workplace, understand different ways of leading a team, create a strong team culture, manage conflict, understand the fundamentals of dairy financials and use tools such as Farm Business Snapshot and Dairy base.

Funding Participants who are successful in gaining a place in the program will have the following costs covered:

- Course fee

- 2 nights accommodation where required (22nd and 23rd June)

- morning team, lunch and afternoon tea

Places are limited; registration does not guarantee acceptance into the program. Expressions of interest will be assessed and those most suitable will be selected to participate.

You must be able to attend all days of training to be eligible for a place.
