Before the intensive, each business completes a one on one session with Fiona Smith, to revisit their Plan on a Page and clarify their 'Now' - your current financial and business position.

During the overnight intensive, the focus shifts to 'Where' and 'How'.

After the event, light touch support and digital resources encourage follow through, turning insight into action.

Thanks to funding support from the Gardiner Foundation meals and accommodation are provided at no cost for all participants. Participants will need to arrange their own travel and pay for any drinks.
