Bostock's Creek Focus Farm Field Day

This July, join Pete & Marnie Kerr for the final field day of the Focus Farm program and hear firsthand about their farming journey and business growth. Since purchasing their farm in 2022, Pete & Marnie have recently expanded by purchasing an additional block they had previously been leasing.

To achieve this growth, the business focused on building profitability, reducing debt, and increasing equity through a strong understanding of their farm business performance. By analysing stocking rate, production levels, business costs, and milk production efficiency, they identified key areas for improvement and implemented practical, efficient solutions.
