Situation and Outlook Business Breakfast Warrnambool

WestVic Dairy warmly invites service providers and dairy farmers to attend our June 2026 Business Breakfast.

We are pleased to welcome Madelyn Irving, Industry Analyst at Dairy Australia, who will provide an update on the current situation and outlook for the remainder of the season.

Madelyn will share insights into the current state of dairy markets, both locally and internationally, and examine the key drivers influencing farm profitability and overall industry performance for the current season and the season ahead.

Agribusiness consultant Fiona Smith will present on key issues currently impacting the industry, with a particular focus on fertiliser and fuel prices and supply. Fiona will also outline some of the critical business decisions being made on farm now and in the lead-up to spring.

The morning will conclude with a brief presentation on a new initiative as part of the Rethinking Q Fever project, led by GippsDairy and funded by WorkSafe Victoria and Dairy Australia.
