Sponsoring overseas employees can bring many benefits to a farm business. Increasingly, farmers are utilising this option to recruit motivated, reliable people for their team. Fadi Malek is the Managing Director of Global Skilled Employment Services and has detailed knowledge of the Dairy Industry Labour Agreement. Fadi will cover the practicalities of the process, timelines, approximate costs, visa options, and employer obligations. He will also discuss strategies for retaining and developing overseas employees.

The session will include a Q&A, giving participants the opportunity to ask questions and gain practical information relevant to their own farm and circumstances.
