Target audience:

Those currently in a manager or 2IC role that would like to further develop or hone their skills

Senior farm hands that are looking to take the next step into a more managerial role

Keen, motivated farm hands that aspire to management style positions in the future

It is a four-day course; 1 days per week. Each day is required to receive a certificate of attendance (it is not an accredited course).
