SDP Employment Starter kit update/Q & A - SEQ

This interactive one-day workshop will be facilitated by a Dairy Australia trained HR advisor, Di Gresham, using the People in Dairy resources and the Employment Starter Kit (ESKi).

Ideal for first time employers, or existing employers, looking to review their employment processes, this workshop will work through relevant components of the ESKi resource - recruitment, onboarding, the law, payroll, retention strategies and compliance. For those who already employ staff, there is the opportunity to be updated on the employment legistation changes occuring at July 1, 2026 and also to raise questions and concerns relating to employment and staff management.
