Transition cow management is one of the most significant advances in dairy nutrition and production over the past 20 years. A successful transition feeding program can improve cow health, welfare, milk production and reproductive performance and provide return on your investment within weeks.


Presenting this workshop will be Extension Advisor Mikaela Barca. Mikaela has experience working in the nutrition field of a wide range of dairy systems and lead feeding styles. She will also touch on transitioning cows between feeds and other times of the year.
