The fourth on Farm day will focus on managing the seed head phase.


You will observe paddocks and discuss the seedhead phase: maintaining a balanced, high-energy diet for cows and preventing reproductive tillers from dominating to sustain both milk production and future pasture quality.


It will be held on farm in Pyree, with details provided to those who register.

This event is being held on farm so please be respectful of biosecurity: Wear clean clothes and boots.


Please change your clothing and wash your hands if you have been in contact with farm animals on the morning of the event.
