This course improves the skills, knowledge, and confidence of participants to progress and achieve their career goals. This in turn improves on-farm management capacity, enabling more time away from the daily running of the business and increased options for business expansion for farm owners.


Who is this program for?

Those currently in a manager or 2IC role that would like to further develop or hone their skills

Senior farm hands that are looking to take the next step into a more managerial role

Keen, motivated farm hands that aspire to management style positions in the future


Course structure:

It is a four-day course; two days one week and two days the following week. Each day runs from 10am-4pm. Attendance on each day is required to receive a certificate of attendance (it is not an accredited course).


Course content:

The course has a heavy focus on people and business management. It will be delivered by consultant Adam Jenkins.
