Presenter Biography

Steve Rydzewski, is a Senior Account Manager at ProActive Solutions USA with more than 30 years of experience in the dairy industry. His background spans cheese, whey, and yogurt production, with hands-on experience across operations, quality, and process management.

Based in Beaver Dam, Wisconsin, Steve worked in cheese or whey plants for 20+ years. He has extensive experience making cheese, working and/or managing every department in a cheese plant, up to and including plant manager, including building sanitation teams from scratch.He also worked at the Center for Dairy Research at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where he further developed his expertise in dairy processing and innovation. He brings a strong technical focus to his role, specializing in membrane systems, CIP processes, and overall process improvement to help facilities operate more efficiently and consistently.

As a PCQI Certified professional, Steve combines regulatory knowledge with real-world application, partnering closely with customers to deliver practical, results-driven solutions that support food safety, product quality, and operational excellence.
