Milking and Mastitis Management is a 2-day workshop.

Day 1: Wednesday 17th March - classroom.

Day 2: Thursday 18th March - practical session held on farm.

Participants must be able to attend both days.

MMM is suitable for new milking staff or as a refresher for existing staff and managers.

Overall, goals of the workshop are to:

Explore best practice with milk harvesting.

Through discussion, prioritise what you, as an individual, can do to improve milk harvesting and mastitis control, and also what the farm team can do.

Develop an action plan based on these priorities.

Lunch and morning tea will be provided on both days.

Biosecurity - Day 2

As the event is being held on-farm, please be respectful of biosecurity.

Wear clean clothes and boots.

Please change your clothing and wash your hands if you have been in contact with farm animals on the morning of the event.

Notify us prior to the event if you have arrived back in Australia from overseas within the prior 7 days.
