The Farm Business Fundamentals workshop supports senior dairy farm employees, managers and owners, as well as industry consultants, to build skills and confidence for managing dairy farm business financials.

Participants will gain knowledge and skills in:

  • Budgeting, compliance and financial systems.
  • Organising business records.
  • Understanding tax and legal requirements.
  • Using the Dairy Standard Chart of Accounts and Dairy Cash Budgeting tool for capturing and reporting on a farms financial position, streamlining accounts for analysis and supporting deeper conversations about business performance, profitability and long-term wealth.

Facilitator

The workshop will be delivered by Joe Smith, Senior Consultant, ABC company who specialises in farm business performance analysis and performance.
