Women in Dairy Discussion Group members, join us for a session on making sense of milk price and tips for budgeting with AI.

During our workshop, we will be joined by Gerard Murphy (GDM Agricultural Consulting) where we will cover:

  1. Milk structure pricing
  2. Understanding milk solid prices and what influences fat and protein
  3. Production curve and ratio of fat to protein
  4. Examples of estimates
  5. Budgeting with AI

This will be an interactive workshop where we will be encouraging discussion and questions throughout the day. This workshop will include a light lunch sponsored by Burra Foods.
