Feeding Pastures for Profit (FPFP) program aims to help dairy farmers to develop skills and gain confidence in making decisions around. the Dates and location for this course TBC but the course will be ran by Phil Shannon this year

1. How much pasture do I allocate to the herd today?

2. How much supplement should I be giving the herd today?

These decisions have a large impact on farm profit through making the most of the farm businesss available resources.

The program runs for 7-8 months from March- November following pastures and their life cycle for efficient management.

Starting dates for this program are:

Theory Day 1- Thursday 03 April- Tallangatta

Theory Day 2- Thursday 10 April- Tallangatta

On Farm Day 1- Thursday 24 April- Kiewa valley- Farm TBC

Remaining 4 on farm days dates and locations will be discussed with the group and confirmed as the course goes.
