For our next discussion group meeting, we will have the opportunity to join Kaye at Bassine Specialty Cheeses (Glen Forbes) for morning tea. Here, Kaye will be discussing the cheesemaking process as we view their cheesemaking facilities.

We will then travel to Moos at Meeniyan for lunch. Here, Marty will run through why it is important for him to choose locally sourced produce for his kitchen and he will showcase some local cheeses on the menu for us to choose from.

Rabobank have kindly offered to contributetowards lunch on the day.
As the day is jam-packed, you have the option of either joining us at both venues, or selecting one that suits. Please specify at registration by selecting venue 1, venue 2 or both so I can provide accurate numbers to venues.
