SDP Rearing Healthy Calves Part II - On farm - SC

Join us on-farm with Justin Schooth, from Gympie Veterinary Services - APIAM Animal Health, for a farm walk focusing on Rearing Healthy Calves.The session is hosted by The Thef family on their farm at Cedar Pocket on Friday, 24th May 2024.

Topics covered will pre-calving care, calf housing, identification and traceability, nutrition, disease prevention, health management, colostrum feeding and weaning management.

Steph Sammes from Feedworx will also join us at the farm to demonstrate how lung ultrasound can be used to assist with calf health prevention and management on farm.
