Women in Dairy Discussion Group members, join us for a session on making sense of milk price!

During our workshop, we will be joined by Gerard Murphy (GDM Agricultural Consulting) and John Droppert (Head of Economics, Data & Insights at Dairy Australia) where we will cover:

1. Milk structure pricing
2. Understanding milk solid prices and what influences fat and protein
3. Production curve and ratio of fat to protein
4. Examples of estimates

This will be an interactive workshop where we will be encouraging discussion and questions throughout the day. This workshop will conclude with lunch.
