Our Farm Our Plan Expression of Interest

Our Farm, Our Plan is a free support program designed to equip dairy farmers to clarify their long term goals, prioritise and identify actions needed, and to better manage uncertainty and risk. It has been developed by Dairy Australia with support from the Gardiner Dairy Foundation. 

The program is delivered via in-person workshops over three sessions, or via Zoom workshops over six sessions and includes 1:1 follow up sessions with a trained consultant/facilitator. These sessions are held over 24 months and give you structure around where you are heading and what to focus on to get there.
