Karen is no stranger to the dairy industry, having grown up on a dairy farm in South Gippsland and supporting two teenage sons working on dairies in the Macalister Irrigation District. 

Veronica grew up on a dairy farm in the Macalister Irrigation District. She has been involved in the dairy industry all her life in farm and service provider roles, including – but not limited to - milker, calf rearer, AI technician, and stockfeed nutritionist.

Veronica is passionate about building farmer and industry relationships and helping to mentor the next generation. Her varied career has equipped Veronica with an expansive knowledge of the dairy industry.

Jackie brings international experience to the team having worked in dairy-related roles in New Zealand, South Africa, and parts of Europe.

Jackie is available to connect with farmers face to face across the region to understand how we can better support farmer needs.

With 10 years of experience across dairy farm management and consultancy roles in New Zealand and Australia, Jay has developed a strong passion for supporting farmers through practical farm systems, business performance, and sustainable farming practices. Currently completing a Master's in AgriCommerce, he is  passionate about contributing to strengthening connections with farmers and supporting the future growth of the dairy industry. 

Rohanna has a strong commercial background with experience in partnerships and project delivery. New to the dairy industry, she is passionate about building connections, driving impactful initiatives, and learning from the sector.   

Shanky Sungroya was born and raised on a farm, where he developed a deep passion for agriculture. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, a Master's in Agronomy, and a Master's in Agriculture Extension and Innovation from The University of Melbourne. 

Shanky is passionate about sustainability, efficiency, and innovation in farming practices, and is committed to driving positive change in the dairy Industry.

Jessica was born and raised on a dairy farm and has worked in the industry for over 10 years. She has a Certificate III in Business Administration and is currently completing a Certificate IV in Human Resource Management. Jessica is passionate about the dairy industry and helping young farmers progress in their careers.

Megan Grumley lives in the Macalister Irrigation District with her husband and their three children. Together, they run a dairy farm where they milk 400 cows. Megan is deeply passionate about supporting people entering the dairy industry. She is committed to helping create clear, accessible pathways for new and emerging leaders, ensuring the next generation of farmers feel confident connected, and capable as they begin their journey.  

With over 20 years of experience spanning government, education, and corporate sectors, Sue brings expertise in frontline service, stakeholder engagement, grant and program administration, accounts management, and event coordination. 

Katherine brings extensive experience in administration, hotel management, and event planning.
