Starting Out
Starting out is the early career phase — people with lower responsibility and little or no equity in the business, working out where dairy can take them.
This phase typically includes family members, employees, or share farmers who do not yet have equity. People at this stage may not be aware of the career options available in dairy, and benefit from time to explore which path suits them (see Employees, Family Members and Share Farming).
