Jo leads a dynamic team to deliver programs and services that support a profitable and sustainable dairy industry. She has a Bachelor of Commerce with a major in Project Management and is experienced across a range of industries and roles. She consistently delivers outcomes aligned with strategic priorities.

Jo is passionate about industry innovation and finding practical, collaborative solutions. She values integrity, purpose-driven leadership and working with others to create positive impact. 

Mikaela is responsible for extension planning and delivery in her role where she facilitates and delivers farm and relationship management services to dairy farmers across South Australia.

Mikaela has a Bachelor of Agricultural Science and a Master of Animal Science. She brings extensive knowledge and experience in the dairy nutrition and farm consulting spaces. She has enjoyed working in all production systems, from low input grazing through to robotic grazing.

Liz manages the extension team in Tasmania, South Australia and Western Australia, offering strategic support and mentoring to the extension team. 

Liz has a Bachelor of Applied Science in Animal Studies (Animal Production and over 20 years of experience in dairy extension. She has extensive knowledge and expertise in all aspects of pasture based dairy farming and tis passionate about driving innovation in the industry.
