Belinda has been dedicated to Queensland’s dairy industry since 1995, following the completion of her Agricultural Science degree. Throughout her career, she has worked closely with dairy farmers and their businesses, including a decade as a farm liaison-extension officer with the Department of Primary Industries and Dairy Farmers in the Darling Downs and South Burnett regions.
Belinda also supports broader industry projects and plays an active role in natural disaster response teams.

Fiona joined Subtropical Dairy in 2022, she supports farmers in Far North Queensland. Her role includes delivering and facilitating extension activities and managing farmer relationships. With years of experience in Crop Protection and research, Fiona brings deep knowledge and a genuine passion for helping farmers thrive.
She has previously worked in project management roles, which have strengthened her collaboration and problem-solving skills which she draws on to support farmers.

In her role, Roisin supports dairy farmers in Northern New South Wales, from Kempsey to the Queensland border. Based in Kyogle, she runs a dairy farm with her husband and brings hands-on experience and a strong connection to the industry.
Roisin has a Graduate Diploma in Commerce (Farm Business Management) and a Bachelor of Agriculture Science (Animal Science). She combines her knowledge with practical experience in milk supply and field services.
