Jo leads a dynamic team to deliver programs and services that support a profitable and sustainable dairy industry. She has a Bachelor of Commerce with a major in Project Management and is experienced across a range of industries and roles. She consistently delivers outcomes aligned with strategic priorities.

Jo is passionate about industry innovation and finding practical, collaborative solutions. She values integrity, purpose-driven leadership and working with others to create positive impact. 

India is responsible for Western Australia extension workshops, events, engagement activities and the Young Dairy Network. Her role involves the development, delivery and facilitation of activities on and off farm to support dairy farmers in all aspects of their business. 

India has a Bachelor of Science and has previous experience working on farm. India supports the Farm System Evaluator project delivery nationally.

Dan’s responsibilities include the Healthy Estuaries Western Australia Dairy Project. His role also includes supporting the Dairy Farm Monitor Project and Feeding Pastures for Profit programs.

Dan has a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture with honours and a Graduate Certificate in Business. He brings extensive knowledge on the dairy effluent system design and technical advice. Dan is passionate about making a positive impact in the industry.

Jane has extensive experience in the agricultural sector, primarily in grains. She manages Western Australia's valuable farmer relationships through regular engagement and by recommending the right services and resources to help support profitability, sustainability and best practice on-farm. 

Jane has a Bachelor of Agribusiness (Marketing), a keen interest in farm business analysis and enjoys seeing businesses step through rigorous number crunching to make profitable decisions for the long term.

Chelsea works closely with Dairy Australia staff to coordinate and deliver communication activities. She also manages the social media channels across South Australia and Western Australia.

Chelsea has a Graduate Diploma in Journalism and has extensive experience as a regional journalist, where she covered a range of topics including agriculture. She has strong communication skills which she utilises in her role. 

Ella's role moves beyond workforce attraction and into retention. She provides farmers and employees with tools, resources and designated contact points and support. She drives engagement and strengthens stakeholder relationships to promote awareness of careers in dairy.

Ella has experience in government, community development, women’s policy and migrant services. She has a Master of Regional Development Policy, Diploma of Enterprise Management and a GAICD. She also grew up on a dairy farm. 

Liz manages the extension team in Tasmania, South Australia and Western Australia, offering strategic support and mentoring to the extension team. 

Liz has a Bachelor of Applied Science in Animal Studies (Animal Production and over 20 years of experience in dairy extension. She has extensive knowledge and expertise in all aspects of pasture based dairy farming and tis passionate about driving innovation in the industry.
